Sign Up A Veteran - Photo Wall
If you are a veteran who lives or has lived in Sierra Madre for one year or more (or if you know someone who fits that description) you are eligible to be included in the Sierra Madre Veterans Photo Wall. Just fill out the "Sierra Madre Veteran Military Service Record Form" and send it to:

If you have a photo, send that in too, and it will be included on the photo wall. Click on the Adobe PDF logo below to open the Sierra Madre Veteran Military Service Record Form. You can fill it out and mail or email it to us. The mailing address is above and the email address is:

Mailed photos will be returned once the order is processed. Upon completion of processing of the 14 photo panel, it will be placed onto the Veterans Photo Wall. It will take a certain amount of time to gather all 14 photos to make a complete panel. There is no charge for placement of the photo on the wall.

You and your family can have a permanent place on the “Walk of Honor” which encircles the Sierra Madre Veterans Photo Wall. Business, organization, clubs, groups and foundations are welcome to sponsor too! There are two sponsorship levels, Gold and Silver.
